Trinity is a high-energy company with a great culture of values. The company goes above and beyond for its employees, including employee-paid medical benefits. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Every company has it's challenges with growth and training. You get back what you put in to succeed.

Pros

Trinity is owner-managed which means they control their path. Everything is consistent across the country, on all properties. They invest in their employees by paying for certifications, hosting holiday parties, providing generous bonuses paid out quarterly and encourage promotion from within. I couldn't be happier to be part of a company that truly puts their employees first!

Cons

As a growth company, there will always be change. Those who aren't interested in keeping up with technological advancements or who do not like to continue their personal growth would not thrive at Trinity. To me this isn't a negative, but to some, it may be.

Leasing Consultants Comradery is good.

Cons

I put in my two weeks notice but asked new regional to stay. Well it was made clear how she felt since the answer was no. There was no attempt made to see if other regions needed help which clearly there are openings. If you do not fit in their plan you do not fit in the company.
