Employees are appreciated & recognized for their hard work! Great training classes provided & available at anytime, to reference! Great Pay & Benefits! Great Team Work & Communication! Uniforms are provided for you, along with personal business cards & name tags!

Cons

Citrix software is always freezing up & kicks me off, having to restart everything I am working on; they are currently working on this issue & plan on getting rid of Citrix & we will have something better & more efficient!

Pros

The Pay is great, especially the bonuses. The properties are owned and operated by them and they all look really nice. Managers are very helpful and there's a great team atmosphere. The benefits are solid and there's room for growth no matter where you start.

Cons

Some of the policies seem to change rapidly so one day they want something done a certain way and then it gets changed and if it's not fixed to the new standard right away, you don't get paid your commissions. I just think there should be a reasonable grace period to adhere to new policy. And the audits are terrible along with Grace Hill classes.

Treats employees VERY well Great Pay Great Benefits Great training classes Very welcoming I work in the Phoenix Region and absolutely love this company. I have been in the industry for 6 years, and have to say this is the best company I have worked for. If you want to be in the multifamily industry, this is the company you want to work for! Don't pass up a job opportunity with Trinity!!!

I have yet to find any cons in working for Trinity.
