Pros

There really isn't any advantages to working here. None at all. I guess if you need a job, this one will do until you get another job.

Cons

Management treats employees horribly. They won't back up a supervisor when a problem with an inmate arises. So much back stabbing, bullying, and drama. I left nearly every day feeling abused. The turnover rate is astronomical. People would quit their first day due to poor treatment.

The benefits and the pay and what the job entitles was the best part of the job.

Cons

The management did not work together. I dealt with rasicim and management belittled me due to my age. Employees were against each other. My own partner was out to get me for no reason,
