This company gives all employees all the tools they need with full access from corporate down to your director, and everyone in between.

Cons

It depends on the jail facility. Some are safer, more helpful and more responsive than others.

Nice officers at our location. Had your back

Cons

Have to beg for your salary for job you weren't being paid for . Took over three months no back pay. Terminated me without notifying me 6 days before back surgery. I was out on medical. I found out after surgery and recovering when insurance sent me notification that it wasn't being paid.

Zero, nothing about this company is good

Cons

No training, no management, long hours and they are feeding outdated slop that I wouldn't feed my dog, to rehabilitation inmates. They purchase food that's outdated and questionable to say the least. They lie to you up front, promising time off, make your own hours etc. Don't fall for their deception and lies. There's a reason why they've been sued multiple times and it'll happen again soon. Trinity and especially, Gerry Goldsmith are cowards. Gerry Goldsmith is also wears his wife's panties. Pathetic company to say the least
