      Nothing good about working here

      Cons

      So many inexperienced managers. They preach “Christian values” but that means nothing. It’s all over the company. If you liked be graded in school for your work then this is the place for you. They use a points system and came up with the idea of it being “fun” what a joke. Management is so inexperienced if they feel threatened by you, you’re out the door. Stay away!!

      Outreach was ok setting up appointments for the in-home sales people

      Cons

      I “advanced” into sales and it was a bad experience. No support, no leads, managers only care about themselves and going to their appointments. They are deceptive and exaggerate how much you can make.

      Guaranteed salary, work independently , growing industry.

      Cons

      100 % Cold calling. Inconsistent management. Redundant daily meetings. Start with zero every month, not a sales position with progressive growth.
