Pros

I've worked direct sales for years and this has been the best so far. Albeit the management is growing, as long as you follow the top rep of the month, you'll do great. I mean follow that top rep everywhere they go. I met one on one with the CEO. He's been in business 25-years for a reason.

Cons

None. Mentioned above, just follow the top rep and you'll do fine.

Tough job, no transparency

Pros

Many nice and inspirational people, pays well if you work in excess of 40 hours. Company events now and again are nice for employees.

Cons

There wasn't transparency from my manager about pay at the time of my interview or since. Commission structure has changed since I've worked there but no official policies have been released. I'm still unclear about how I get paid. Sales people have no assistance with lead generation until they meet an exorbitant number of installations that only a small group of people actually achieve. Managers are expected to continue selling and are not able to focus on managing and helping their teams. There is a ton of turnover in sales.

Pros

Been in business for 25 years.

Cons

Disorganized and inexperienced leadership. Corporate is becoming more and more disconnected from field as company grows faster. Everything is reactive more than proactive. GPM is Modo yet this couldn’t be farther from the truth. High turn over and small % of sales team actually makes good money. Tons of people here are looking for other opportunities. Too many employees that are under qualified and for some reason management isn’t strong enough to make tough decisions.
