Pros
Excellent Training: I came into this company with no sales or management experience what so ever. I the past 15 months I have received constant training and coaching which has allowed me to develop skills I can utilize for the rest of my life.
Positive Impact: Solar is an incredible industry because not only does our end output help the environment, but also saves each and every one of customers money. It is incredibly fulfilling to work in an industry that does so much good. In addition, from a management, seeing people grow and thrive is incredibly fulfilling.
Compensation: We are paid very well.
Growth: The rate at which you can grow professionally and personally at Trinity is incredible. I have moved from an entry level position to management over the course of 8 months. In addition, the nature of our job has helped me evolve into a better person than I was when I started here.
Culture: From our contests, to the meetings to our leadership from Senior Management, this is an incredible place to work. As a contest winner, I was taken on all expenses paid trip to Mexico with a plus one last week.
Cons
The largest con is this is a challenging job. However, I doubt there are many easy jobs where you have the opportunity to make a great deal of money as well as for career advancement.
