Tough job, no transparency

Pros

Many nice and inspirational people, pays well if you work in excess of 40 hours. Company events now and again are nice for employees.

Cons

There wasn't transparency from my manager about pay at the time of my interview or since. Commission structure has changed since I've worked there but no official policies have been released. I'm still unclear about how I get paid. Sales people have no assistance with lead generation until they meet an exorbitant number of installations that only a small group of people actually achieve. Managers are expected to continue selling and are not able to focus on managing and helping their teams. There is a ton of turnover in sales.

Pros

Never in my life have I been at a company that has the values, culture and people that all line up together perfectly. Trinity is that company.

Cons

Be ready to work had, which is not a con for the right people.
