Pros

I have worked at Trinity Solar for over 7 months. I previously worked for a corporate company. The major difference is the transparency that comes with working with a private company. All decisions that are made are made for the direct benefit of the customers and employees here at Trinity.

Cons

The difference between this company and other companies is that we require a lot more paperwork to ensure the homewowners are protected. People who come from other companies (myself included) had to make an adjustment to the more in depth technology.

Pros

A great family run company that is privately owned and has been in business since 94. The environment is more than just a team environment, its a family we are all working to help people use clean energy and save money by doing so. The caliber of how Trinity does its installs, and treats its employees is unmatched. There is unlimited upward mobility for those who work hard and put the effort in becoming better day by day, and are self disciplined.

Cons

Its hard work, door to door. Cold in the winter, hot in the summer. You do need to have thick skin and have to be mentally strong.
