Business Outlook
Pros
-Fun down to earth co-workers. Honestly, this is the only reason why most people stay with the company. -The management isn't super strict which helps build a good atmosphere in the work place.
Cons
-The biggest con is the pay. Trinity is by far the worst solar company when it comes to paying their employees a fair wage (I'm talking 25-55% below the average pay of other companies - use glassdoor and compare!). -The problems of a family company really shines through at Trinity. Over and over again they hire people who are not qualified for positions because they are related/know to the right person. On top of this, these family friends get over paid and put the least amount of effort into anything.
