Pros

Good dental and Vision insurance. Get your CDL and take it somewhere else after free training. Within 4 miles of my house. Easy money.

Cons

Managers & dispatchers treat us all like kids. Are not allowed to used mounted GPS, not even if you do an out of town field trip not helping out a fellow co worker. This place sucks. Co workers steal from each other. Low pay. They cheat us out of our PTO. They don’t give sick days & when you do get sick & take off coming back they treat you like dirt.

Thank you for your feedback. We have increased our pay wages to match those in the industry. Every employee is guaranteed sick and PTO. We are very focused on pleasing our employees by making sure that we have an open door policy for employees to express their concerns. Pros

Flexible, part-time if you need it, independent once you get on the bus.

Cons

Dispatch hollers at you and treat you like a child, no respect, low pay. This was a great company under the founder Mr. Shepherd. National Express is horrible to work for. It's do it or get fired. No flexibility. Drivers and attendants morale is very low.

Only pro is Trinity is a school bus company transporting kids in Toledo oh

Cons

Staff will get your kids kicked off the bus without warning. Staff are dirty looking and unprofessional. Staff doesn't care about kids riding the bus and the company goes by he say she said without investigation.They need a complete new staff or other company need to provide transportation. If other school provided transportation I wouldn't have anything to do with school that provide transportation through Trinity. It's a damn shame.
