The onboarding is outstanding, they provide everything that you need to you deliver your best as a software engineer. The clients are amazing, they're polite and we feel good working with them.

Cons

The platform that they use to transfer the compensation was slow and sometimes took like 15 days to arrive.

- Lower salary than other companies from the USA. - Some projects there's no good process structure, you'll work almost as a freelancer
