      Pros

      Extremely happy years in Trip.com in a local European office. Very dynamic company with a start up spirit locally but with the added benefit of having a well oiled corporate power from headquarters. Very supportive and collaborative colleagues around the world.

      Cons

      Complicated organizational structure and sometimes important key messages get lost in middle management translations.
