Free coffee, decent location (no parking though!), fussball tables and colleagues are mostly great.

Cons

Management focus on call numbers not customer service. They also lack expertise plus and can't be trusted.

Great people, plenty of fair development opportunities if you work hard for them, lovely office and team from agent to management great to work with.

Cons

Can be very fast paced sometimes not allowing the time to adjust to new processes.

- One of the biggest OTA, big platform provides advantage when facing clients - Multiple departments, able to transfer internally - Relatively casual working atmosphere

Cons

- Salary is not very competitive - Not enough creativity in terms of products, website, marketing etc. - Personal development path is not very promising
