Cons

micro management, toxic environment, policy first before helping customer. lack of support from Team Leader or colleague from China. Dealing with 3 types of communication at all time (email call chat). foreigners deal with English speakers on phone chat and emails while English speakers are dealing with email only. no benefits on performance.
