10yThank you for providing your feedback. We too believe we have very strong, friendly and smart employees, and it’s important that we help our employees continue to grow and develop. We do this in a multitude of ways including regular performance feedback and career conversations, access to a library of training courses, and a tuition reimbursement program. In regard to our attrition rate, it appears consistent with industry norm. However, we are constantly striving to improve the way we do things, so if you have any specific feedback as to what we can be doing better, please share it with our Human Resources Department.
