Recent reorganisation. Lots of long time senior management staff let go over Christmas period - culture changing fairly rapidly due to lots of hiring recently as well.

I loved working with the people I worked with at Tripadvisor. Made life long friends, positive work environment, great work life balance.

Cons

Weak LTE group. During my entire time at Tripadvisor, I've never felt like we had good leadership.
