      Cons

      Management Needs Training. The constant need to "manage up". If you're not in Product, you are second class.

      Great pay, people are generally quite nice. Lots of office perks.

      Silent, anti-social environment. people are pretty uptight.

Regarding the office environment, our office experience team works hard to provide an environment that that is both fun and collaborative, but also reflects our “speed wins”, high productivity culture.
