      Good benefit, but severe lack of transparency

      Pros

      Great teammates, great projects to work on, amazing work life balance. Great health benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked transparency and genuine commitment to the product. My direct manager was ineffective, showed little concern for remote team members, and rarely listened. There was almost no effort to set us up for success. Instead of focusing on building a great product, leadership seemed more concerned with keeping shareholders happy.
