Thank you for your candid review. It’s concerning to hear that you feel like we value arrogance over humility. One of our core values is moving fast. Part of this is being humble enough to know when we’ve made mistakes---and have the ability to correct and iterate quickly. And, key to all of this sharing information. We recognize that as we’ve grown, we’ve had to scale how we share information across our global teams. While we’ve had some growing pains in this area, we are working to find ways to continue to be transparent and quickly share important info with everyone at TripAdvisor.
