12yThank you for your feedback on our global policies and manager development. We recognize that we continuously need to review and iterate on our company policies to ensure that they scale as the business continues to grow globally. We're constantly looking at ways to ensure that this happens in a timely fashion and always welcome feedback from our teams.
We've also worked on improving our leadership development programs and new manager programs to ensure that our management is top notch across all levels and locations. These programs now include training on different leadership styles, growing relationships and internal partnerships, effective coaching and feedback methods, and many other skills that make a great manager and leader. We regularly offer these programs in London, Singapore, and our US offices.
