      Good atmosphere but average working style

      Pros

      The atmosphere is really pleasant, people are happy to work here, the location is good, there are a few cool benefits (but sometimes they've disappeared...)

      Cons

      Many inconsistencies in the way we work at TripAdvisor (I'm asked to do something one day and to do exactly the opposite the next). We spend too much time on some projects that have no impact while other potentially impactful projects are left unaddressed. The management teams don't help much. Legacy data and coding are of poor quality.
