      Great people and culture, sad stock

      1. The people are genuinely kind, helpful, and mostly easy to get along with. 2. I believe the leadership team is doing the right things and building for the long term. They are transparent and visionary and are trying to turn Tripadvisor from a brief pageview in travel planning to an absolutely essential travel app.

      Cons

      It does get tiring seeing the stock dip continuously.

      I encourage folks to use the search function of this platform and look up reviews with the words "bullies" or "toxic" in the title. I wish I had seen these reviews before I joined. These reviews were written in 2020, 2021 and here we are 3-4 years later and NOTHING has changed. Furthermore, take a look at the amount of people who found these reviews "helpful" vs. the reviews that cite a positive working experience. If HR and Executive leadership have seen these reviews, have heard these stories and continue to do nothing to stop this deplorable and childish behavior, then it's a shame. Bullying may not be illegal but it's behavior that must be taken seriously and leaders held accountable for either conducting this behavior directly or being complacent in allowing this to continue.
