Thanks for your honest feedback. We agree, our HQ offers great perks and benefits, but as you mentioned in your review, our caring and hardworking team is the reason that TripAdvisor is a great place to work. We’re truly a “better together” culture and are very proud to have a team that’s so passionate about their work. I’m disappointed to read your comments about the company direction and vision. As transparency is one of our core values, we work hard to communicate our vision clearly and often through events such as our all hands meetings, our business unit town halls and our leadership sync ups. These sessions are not only informative, but also give employees the opportunity to directly ask questions to members of our senior leadership team. If you believe there is information that you’re not getting I encourage you to connect with your manager or People Operations Business Partner and work together to figure out how you can stay best informed.
