      A small number of executives are making bad decisions over and over, repeating the failed playbook. The latest layoff round drained key talent, *dramatically* reduced employee diversity, and left the company with low morale and lack of confidence in the “strategy”.

      Layoffs are common

      It is a great company to work for until they lay you off without cause or reason.

      They are constantly reshuffling the deck, and layoffs are frequent.
