Thank you for your feedback and it’s great to see that you’re enjoying the culture and many great benefits that we offer here at TripAdvisor. I appreciate your thoughtful remarks regarding our identity and values. As you're probably aware, we recently launched our Purpose and Values project and were thrilled to see over 1600 employees share their thoughts and ideas through the survey that we distributed globally to all employees in January. This employee input is being actively used to guide this initiative for the management team and we expect to share progress in the coming months. We all share the concern about getting lost in too many meetings. How we set goals and align roadmaps to those goals is ongoing work. Our core principles of being able to move quickly to tackle big opportunities will continue to be core values into the future. Both Beth, our Chief People Officer, and I both welcome the opportunity to further discuss this project in person. Thank you again for your comments.
