      Pros

      Good benefits, good colleagues and managers on the smaller team level. Onshore teams for CS are some of the best and hard-working.

      Cons

      Perks have gone away over time, lack of empathy or care for employees, HR has slowly declined performance-wise. I only feel valued by my manager who doesn’t even have a say in approving promotions or raises. There’s continued excuses as to why they continue to take away incentives and there is no care to retain their employees. Especially those who have stuck around for during their worst years.

      Decent Pay but needs more Organization

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people, WFH flexibility, fun products to work on. Nice benefits.

      Cons

      Too many people in leadership are hesitant to make decisions quickly and effectively. Many teams are siloed which makes it hard to feel there is a strong, uniformed sense of culture. Their long term strategy is unclear, even though employees are proactively seeking directly, leadership is not able to answer those questions

      Low pay Tons of calls Product is useless, makes no sense to sell Not a BDR position, it’s basically a remote outbound call center…
