They hired weak personnel from western Uganda who were so corrupt and made Triple Canopy to lose many contracts.

Pros

They plan as best as they can in this business. If you have a specialty skill, medic, DDM, terp you are much better off.

Cons

Its PMC contract work, so you always have the ever present uncertainty looming over you. Visa crisis is always problem. Moved around to lots of different teams.

When working on the commercial side you had great leadership and were taken care of.

Cons

When working on the DoS side you had to watch your back from your own teammates and it seemed that mindset was pushed down from management.
