      Nice uniforms and nice vehicles provided.

      Cons

      Two month wait to hire. Minimum salary given with no pay raise ever! Do not get back to you on communication e mail etc. False promises of promotion. Keep guards working because of lack of people quitting to fulfill hours. Do not work for this company!!!!

      Pros

      Plenty of OT and solid work schedule. Supervisors work with you to try to provide family time or outside commitments. FPS Officers are professional and will help you if you need any information or assistance on posts. Pay is very good and if you do your job you'll be fine. Top notch consistant security training. Do your job and follow your post orders and you'll be fine.

      Cons

      Union representatives are hard to get in touch with and not strong supporters.
