Pros

Good pay and that is about all.

Cons

Where to begin? The trainers are conceited and treat you like an idiot. If you have any flaw, they will mercilessly tease you about it. Their language is something awful and I am sure it will eventually lead to the company being sued. They offer no vacation until you have been with them one year, which I think is illegal and I will be contacting the DOL about. The equipment they issue for having a big dollar federal contract is garbage. The duty belts are sagging, the boots and pants are subpar. The holster for my duty weapon was an Uncle Mikes holster. Come on Uncle Mikes? Speaking of holsters, the holster for my baton would not even hold the baton. If I bent over or did anything even somewhat strenuous, the baton would fall out. Another co-worker had the same problem and they told him to put a rubber band on it to solve the problem. That is ridiculous.
