Pros
Got to work with a good bunch of guys from many different police and law enforcement agencies. We were a mixed bag of Leo’s from different disciplines and we learned a lot from each other. If you want to promote, you’ll move up. The board opens often and promotes those that want the responsibility.
Cons
Hours were long, but the pay made up for it. Commute was a struggle depending which camp you worked from but those rides give you opportunity to catch up on sleep to Ms from housing.
