      So fun when your “leadership” jokes and laughs about how awful the work schedule they create is when they don’t know other people are around. Even better when they talk about how they wouldn’t do it and then send out immature and insulting emails demanding we follow the schedule they make and how call offs are not allowed

      Pros

      Triple canopy has several contracts that you can work with. Some are DOD and DHS contracts. This gives you flexibility if you want to choose a possible deployment. The pay is steady and the work is not difficult. You just need to keep your nose clean and follow your directives.

      Cons

      Because these are contracts, there is no guarantee that you will stay with the same company, ie Triple Canopy. It's very common for contracts to be picked up by other companies, making it difficult if you have any investments and benefits tide with the company. In reality, your tide to the contract, not the company. Also, there is almost no growing opportunity except for applying as a road supervisor. But this is highly discouraged since the stress associated does not at all justify the small increase in pay.
