Cons
Because these are contracts, there is no guarantee that you will stay with the same company, ie Triple Canopy. It's very common for contracts to be picked up by other companies, making it difficult if you have any investments and benefits tide with the company. In reality, your tide to the contract, not the company. Also, there is almost no growing opportunity except for applying as a road supervisor.
