Company is a black hole. They treat employees terrible and often times you have to fight and argue to get a decent schedule or the vacation time you where promised . Not that it matters you rarely get to use it when you want and the staff leadership in this company is nonexistent. There are no qualifications to be project manager or captain of an area and taking in a leadership role results in losing seniority so there is no incentive for seasoned PSO’S to seek promotion. This leads to new hires and people looking to avoid being written up for being sub par employees seeking out management positions immediately after being hired.
