Cons
Don't pay employees on time, complete disregard for an employee's outstanding track record, refuse to punish employees who are blatantly toxic, views everyone below any level of supervisor as completely replaceable and are thus worth nothing, doesn't believe anyone with the title of "Supervisor" can ever do any wrong even if there is proof without a doubt to the contrary, employees are strictly numbers to them.
