      Pros

      As most contractors go, once they merged to become Constellis is a fairly solid company. Pay is on par with most others and the people you'll be working with are decently vetted

      Cons

      As with the contracting world, all contract dependent. I have good project managers and crappy ones. Pay is never what it was a decade plus ago and never will be again. Do a contract save some money and move on

      If you have absolutely no other choice for employment, look somewhere else.

      Cons

      Admin personnel will forge your signature on documents. Admin will enact policies and standards that contradict all other organizations on compound. Tattoos are widely visible by every other individual on compound, except for TC personnel due to admin’s personal prejudice against tattoos. Admin will deceive you into staying for longer than is contractually required without offering bonus. Admin will deceive about additionally pay incentives, advertising them as actual daily pay increase, when in actuality they won’t pay out until completion of leave taken after completion of rotation. Admin will purposefully stonewall any application for higher paying job and not allow them to be submitted to human resources for submittal to DOS. When presenting an official complaint, admin will punish you. Constellis President and CEO have both resigned simultaneously under suspicious circumstances.
