Good money, at times laid back but not too often.

Cons

Didn't get paid all hours worked(only paid 12hrs while working over 14 a day), poor leadership(hooked up buddies, didn't know what to do), buddy system on all levels and .

Transparent Leadership in a Time of Flux

Pros

Executive management is significantly more transparent with changes and decision making than any other company I have been with. The environment is pretty informal, people are generally personable, benefits are reasonable (although no 401k for the first 12 months), pay is competitive.

Cons

The company is in a transitional period, morale as taken a big hit. Not a particularly tech-savvy company. Work flexibility seems dependent on your direct supervisor - some allow 100% remote work others don't allow any.

Pros

The only positives are that the company buys breakfast bagels or doughnuts every Friday and does a nice bigger breakfast once a month.

Cons

There are a lot of employees with nasty attitudes and it is a hostile work environment to be in. Certain departments do not hold their people accountable for their behaviors or lack of work and poor work output. Unfair practices all around.
