      Overall a decent company, good pay and decent benefits for HQ employees

      Pros

      Very laid back work environment, interesting work, potential to travel depending upon your position, and most people at HQ are great to work with.

      Cons

      Uncertainty during the current transition, a lot of restructuring, and changes in leadership. Some people are overpaid for the work the skill level required to actually complete the work, for example, having a Director or Manager when a lower positions would be sufficient.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Peers are usually a very good group to work with.

      Cons

      Management, especially upper management. Certain departments not held accountable for mistakes and problems. Communication is terrible, especially between the corporate office and overseas sites.

      Pros

      The employee's that work on the ground are some of the best in the business. The company does issue good gear to work with and provides good living quarters. Chow is decent. Gym is good.

      Cons

      Corporate shannagans......employee's pay for the corporation tax out of thier paycheck. Read the fine print. Even though they say you will make "X" on your paycheck thats not what you make after all the ridiculous taxes are taken out. Pay is not the industry standard other places make more per day. Other companies pay there own tax.
