Overall it is a great work environment and offers employees real room to grow within the company and even support you if you decide to move into a different direction. They value and reward people for doing well in their job as that doesn't go unnoticed. There is also a lot of very competent people who are all extremely helpful and willing to share their knowledge. They also compensate well and have high allowances for self development objectives. Also very stable job.

Cons

Depending on your department and project deadlines, work life balance can take a hit.
