      Pros

      company likes to have fun. lots of activities. No layoffs during COVID and the company thrived. Full time employees get an annual bonus. Pays better than most lab positions in OK.

      Cons

      They really drop the ball when it comes to equal pay. many people treat it like highschool with gossip. if you work on the technical side be ready to be treated like the step children of Tronox.

      Great people work at Tronox in OKC. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going to work was never a drag.

      Cons

      I was disappointed not to get a full time position but I completely understand why.
