      Pros

      Slightly better than average pay scale and benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible management, no clear direction, no appreciation for dedicated employees. Little, to no opportunity to recieve training or advance in the company. Upper management at the plant level and above was all lipservice and broken promises. They are running the facility I worked at into the ground with no long term vision.

      Good pay. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Incompetent management has led to very low morale with subsequent impact on job performance. Reliance on contractors to fill in for knowledge gaps in management. Competent employees are ignored and demeaned. If you aren't a chemical engineer you're nobody. Company is for sale and employees are questioning job stability.
