Pros

Fun, loyal, family, make your own hours. I really loved working here. The people are great and so is all the family members that work there as well. Lots of nepotism, but they are all super nice. They pay well and work with you during conflicts and position moves. They also bend when family issues arise. During economy down turns, they try to figure out how to keep you, but, some times it is out of there hands. This company is a fully owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company.

Travel with certain positions No travel perks or extra pay Per diam is not enough

Pros

The company has very friendly people to work with, exciting project always awaiting. Able to learn new essential skills that will help me grow career wise. Management is very understandable when it comes to family emergencies/well-being. Flexible hours especially with kids being at school.

Cons

Compensation is not great but ok. Technical Environment may not be up-to-date but catching up..
