Great Team. Flexible schedule. PTO. Insurance. Two weeks off at Christmas. Networking. Student development.

Cons

Poor salary. Reimbursement check for recruitment activities takes at least a month to come in. Lack of leadership. Too much of a disconnect between main campus and support centers. Not enough resources to properly recruit students.
