Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the sales process and training, we work hard to provide a strong foundation for success. That said, we’re concerned to hear that you feel you weren’t given the tools needed to be successful. Our goal is to equip every team member with the resources, support, and leadership guidance necessary to perform confidently and effectively. When that doesn’t happen, it’s something we want to better understand and address. We encourage you to connect with your manager or HR to share more specifics about what tools or support you feel are missing. Constructive feedback helps us improve processes and ensure our teams feel fully supported in their roles. We appreciate your contributions and your honesty in sharing your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your prior experience with TruGreen. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the active nature of the role, many of our team members enjoy the opportunity to work outdoors and stay physically active throughout the day. Route planning and pay structures are areas we continually evaluate to ensure they are fair, efficient, and aligned with both business needs and employee earning potential. Feedback like yours helps highlight where we can continue improving. We appreciate the time you spent with the company and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Nope, nothing, nada, zip, no benefits

Cons

Bad insurance. This year they are cutting out commission which was %53 of my pay last year. They make you work overtime with out pay. Treat their customers poorly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to clarify that we do offer benefits to eligible team members, including medical coverage and other programs designed to support our employees. We understand that benefits and compensation structures can feel impactful, especially when changes occur, and we strive to communicate those changes as clearly and transparently as possible. Regarding commission and pay, adjustments to compensation plans are never made lightly and are evaluated carefully based on business needs and market conditions. That said, we recognize how important earning potential and clarity around pay structure are to our team members. We do not support or permit unpaid overtime. Compliance with wage and hour laws is extremely important to us. If any employee feels this standard has not been upheld, we strongly encourage them to reach out to HR so the matter can be reviewed promptly. Providing quality service to our customers is a core priority, and we continuously train and support our teams to ensure we meet that expectation. We would welcome the opportunity to speak directly and better understand your concerns. Please consider connecting with HR so we can address them appropriately.
