Pros

I’ve been a Manager here for a while, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The company gives you the tools you need to succeed, and there’s plenty of support when you ask for it. My team has been the best part of the job, they are hardworking, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. The role definitely keeps you busy, but it’s rewarding. You see the direct impact of your work, and you get the chance to coach and develop employees, which has been one of my favorite parts of the job. Leadership has been open to feedback, and I’ve seen real improvements in communication and expectations over the last year. If you like staying active, solving problems, and leading a team, this is a great place to build a career.

If I had any pros, I’d list them, but I don’t.

Cons

Everything. Pay is a joke. Management is a joke. Upper management is even more of a joke. Not a single person is polite or respectful when you address problems you’re having and every last person from the leads to the ceo retaliates against anyone who stands up with a problem. The worst possible company to work for.
