      Pros

      Great opportunity working here. You have potential to grow with the company. I started as a technician and enjoyed that position even though it could be hard work. I gradually moved up service lines and worked my way to management. I'd still like to continue to grow with the company

      Cons

      As a tech seasonal leave was hard but was easy to prepare for it.

      Pay was not great. No work life balance. Benefits are horrible.
