Potential to make good money, Friendly and supportive coworkers, good manager, base salary, entry level sales experience and training to gain knowledge of products and services.

Cons

Long hours working a difficult job. There is potential to make good money here if you have the right mindset for it, but if you don’t you will quickly realize this is not the job for you. The job requires a lot of tolerance to negativity from potential customers.

They definitely lie about what they say, they only nice to you when you first start then once the next training class starts they bring you in the office and tell you that “you can use personal time” then had the audacity to sit my stuff in a nasty dirty box. I looked at him like bye u gotta be kidding me. This company is one big scam. & all the managers be talking to the agents.... oh & if u dont sale you will be fired.. but they gone make up another reason why they dont care what you going thru, all they care about is making a bonus check.. oh & watch who you tell your buisness to they real good for smiling in your face then talking about you to the next superviser.. one place i will never consider.

Steady Paycheck through the spring & summer. 401k Match & Benefits Zombie desk job Better pay than most low paying jobs

Cons

Company doesn't actually care about you, HUGE overturn, Horrible hours & not understanding of time off for family events or being sick, Zombie desk job, Not promised a raise after the 90 days as stated upon hire nor at the 1 year mark and Training is horrible
