Cons

Cutting hours at the end of the year. Trying to make a tech do 20-30 stops a day. Gps now tracking you and asking why did u stop here

Cons

Micro managed....salary has been the same since I started in 1999. Virtually no option for new reps to be able to grow within the first year of the company, 95% of them don't make the first year.

Pros

Great to its employees for the most part. Except when they shut down a branch and lay off people who had been working there for 26 years with absolutely no warning. Benefits are decent and it is possible to make some money if you are good and work hard.

Cons

TERRIBLE to their customers. Witnessed countless customers have their lawn ruined by improper treatment or no treatment at all. 9 out of 10 times TruGreen would offer a few "plugs" to fix their completely ruined lawn and a free additional treatment to magically raise their lawn from the dead. It was extremely embarrassing not only when it happened to customer I had sold services to but especially when it happened to my in-laws... Additionally, this company is bought and sold literally every 1-3 years, making job security non-existant
