They treat customers very poorly by calling them up to 25 times a week sometimes. Pay often changed through out the 5 years I worked there and commission structure changes that essentially reduce your paycheck. False promises and poor leadership from higher management. I'm not sure how my manager lasted so long as he always tried to make our work life as easy and enjoyable as possible, often times putting his own job on the line to make sure we were happy with our jobs. Calls were often over 200-300 per day and door knocking was 100 houses per day or more. We had our call center shut down, told to sell insulation in the winter and a whole host of changes that they eventually went back on. TG went down hill fast since the day I started.
