      Honestly the worst company I have ever worked for

      They will give you enough money to barely escape poverty and or eviction

      Cons

      They screw over the employees and encourage the employees to screw over their customers. I received my check one full week after it was supposed to be in my account without an apology as though that is how it is and I should just accept it. When techs screw over customers we are encouraged to lie to the customers to retain them. They micro manage you to sqeeze every last dime out of you that they can. They have zero respect for anyone.

      Pros

      The people you work with are great, but the retention rate on them is terrible, most of the people you care for will quit within the first 30-90 days.

      Cons

      Long hours, management doesn't take the time to train new employees properly, micromanaging your every move, it's just a depressing environment to work in. They bait you with the promise of promotions, but the promotions don't exist because they don't want to pay anyone more. They reduced the pay of other employees to promote one person.

      Pros

      the best part about working for trugreen is definatly the pay. After commission there is the potential to earn a good amount.

      Cons

      Little to no time off, if you work in the sales department you will work six days a week for most of the year. This leads to high turnover in the sales team
